What are shapes?
Shapes are ultra-thin, approximately 2.7 mm thick training devices for your feet. They weigh only around 30 grams and can be integrated into many shoes – discreet, yet effective.
By specifically stimulating your arch, Shapes promote muscle activity in the foot and leg area, thus supporting your overall body awareness.

How are shapes worn?
Shapes extend from the heel to just before the ball of the foot . They must not lie under the ball of the foot to avoid irritating sensitive joints.
Initially, wear Shapes for 1-2 hours daily to give your body time to adjust. Initial reactions such as muscle soreness are possible – these indicate that your muscles are working.

Important note regarding size selection
The right size doesn't just depend on your shoe size. Our size chart on the product page will help you choose.
Because:
A longer midfoot with short toes may require a larger shoe size, while a shorter midfoot with long toes necessitates a smaller size. The foot shape is the deciding factor – not just the length.
