Shipping policy

We process your order as quickly as possible. Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–7 days. There is no shipping on Sundays or public holidays.
Deliveries to other countries may take longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free for orders of €69 or more (test shapes excluded).

Costs & Refunds

Returns within Germany and Spain are free of charge.
In all other EU countries, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchange and Returns

You have 30 days to exchange or return items.

Money-back Guarantee

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount.
If you only return part of the order, we will of course only refund the corresponding amount.
In case of an exchange, you will automatically receive the replacement item along with an updated invoice.
