Safety and warning information:

• Not suitable for extreme outdoor activities.

• Not waterproof. Wearing in extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, snow) is not recommended.

• Leather can dry out in strong sunlight or frequent temperature changes – regular care is recommended.

• For better weather resistance, we recommend additional impregnation with a suitable product.

Analysis and evaluation:

• Material: Chrome-free, pollutant-tested leather to minimize allergic reactions. All materials meet high safety standards.

• Design: Ergonomically shaped to support the natural foot position. Non-slip soles provide secure grip on a variety of surfaces.

• Sustainability: Manufactured using sustainable materials, energy-efficient processes, and responsible craftsmanship.

Note on leather:

Due to the natural processing of the leather, slight color variations may occur between products. Small scars, insect bites, or horn bumps may also be visible – these are not defects, but rather characteristics that emphasize the authenticity and natural character of the leather.

2. Safety instructions for leather care products

Safety and warning information:

• For external use on leather products only.

• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and open wounds.

• Keep away from children.

• Product may be flammable – keep away from open flames and heat sources.

• Store in a cool, dry place.

• Ingredients: Natural oils and fats or water-based, fluorocarbon-free impregnating agents. Contains no harmful solvents.

• Effectiveness: Protects leather from drying out, moisture and dirt, maintains flexibility and extends the life of the material.

• Sustainability: Environmentally friendly recipes and resource-saving production.

3. Safety instructions for Shapes (training system for the feet)

Safety and warning information:

• At first, the feel may seem firmer - after about 15 minutes the shapes are registered and feel softer.

• When wearing the device for the first time, you should pay attention to the signals of your body. If you experience pain, it is recommended to take a break of a few hours or a day, may require some adjustment time

• Do not expose to direct heat (e.g. heater) – material deformation possible.

Analysis and evaluation:

• Material: Blend of various allergy-friendly polymers. Free from plasticizers and unauthorized harmful substances.

• Design: Specifically supports the arch of the foot and activates muscle groups for healthier posture in everyday life.

• Function: Shapes adapt to the current situation with every step, thereby achieving a training effect on the foot, which supports and builds up the function of the foot.
  

• Sustainability: Durable product with robust construction.

• Warranty: 2 years for material breakage due to manufacturing defects.

4. Safety information for other products

Product types: Bags made of natural leather, foot saver (training device made of wood)

Safety and warning information:

• Leather products should not be exposed to moisture or intense sunlight for long periods of time – waterproofing is recommended.

• Natural leather can dry out or become brittle if not cared for properly.

• The foot saver should only be used on non-slip surfaces.

• If you are unsure of your footing or have balance problems, it is recommended that you support yourself on a solid surface.

• Increase training intensity slowly, pay attention to your body's signals and take a break if you experience any discomfort.

Analysis and evaluation:

• Materials: Natural leather (chrome-free, vegetable-tanned) and untreated or oiled wood from responsible sources.

• Design: Functional and designed for everyday use – the foot saver in particular promotes balance, mobility, and muscle strength.

Shipping and returns

SHIPMENT

We will process your order as quickly as possible; please note that shipping may take between 2 and 7 days. No mail is processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Deliveries abroad may take a little longer.

DELIVERY TERMS

You can pay for your order by invoice, bank transfer, or PayPal. For shipments outside Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €10

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

You have 30 days to exchange or return your order. Please follow the steps below for a smooth return process:

1. Please place all items you wish to return in a suitable box. The goods must be unused and returned to us in their original condition. We cannot guarantee a refund for items that have already been used or are damaged. In this case, please contact our customer service.
2. Please fill out the enclosed feedback form ("What's the problem?") in its entirety and include it with the package.

For sustainability reasons, the buyer bears the costs for return shipping.

Please return the products to us in their original condition, preferably in the original packaging, via a shipping provider. The buyer is responsible for lost or damaged packages. We recommend using insured shipping via DHL or Hermes.

SPECIAL NOTES

Martin Natur does not accept returns for certain items. This applies to the following products:

• Barefoot insoles
• MN footbed (normal width)
• MN footbed (extra width)
• MN natural fat
• Shapes: Training system for the feet
• Foot rescuer
• personalized Pantolinos

If you order these items, please note that returns are at your own expense and a refund of the purchase price cannot be guaranteed.
