After the 5-day trial period, the insoles must be returned to us. You will receive a voucher worth €10 for our Shapes, which you can purchase from us afterward.
Attention: If you do not return the insoles to us within 10 days (trial period + shipping time), the full cost of the Shapes, amounting to €99, will be charged to you.

Wearing our Shapes (insoles) can feel unusual at first, and your body needs some time to adjust. In the first few days, muscle soreness, foot pain, or similar discomfort may occur if the insoles are worn for too long.
We therefore ask you to gradually increase the wearing time and pay close attention to your body's signals. Your well-being is our top priority, and a gentle adjustment to the Shapes is key to long-term comfort and success.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS
You can pay for your order by invoice, bank transfer or PayPal. For orders with a value of €69 or more, shipping is free.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
You have 30 days to exchange or return your order. Please follow these steps for a smooth return:
- Place all items you wish to return in a suitable box. The goods must be returned to us unused and in their original condition. Refunds cannot be guaranteed for items that have already been used or are damaged. In this case, please contact our customer service.
- Please fill out the enclosed return slip completely and enclose it with the package.
- Request a return label from our customer service at info@martin-natur.de .
- Attach the return label clearly to the box and drop off the package at one of our partner branches.

Martin Natur does not cover return costs for certain items. This applies to the following products:

In 2024, Iris Mesenbrink took over the “Martin Natur” brand for the adult shoe segment with “Pantolinos Manufaktur GmbH”, which has been producing baby shoes from the same natural leather in Germany for over 20 years.
The company headquarters has been moved to Germany, but the connection to the Spanish production plants remains. Our models continue to combine high-quality, vegetable-tanned cowhide from Germany with fair production in Spain.
