Caution: If the leather comes into contact with moisture, it may discolor, especially on light-colored clothing.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS
You can pay for your order by invoice, bank transfer or PayPal. For orders with a value of €69 or more, shipping is free.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
You have 30 days to exchange or return your order. Please follow these steps for a smooth return:
- Place all items you wish to return in a suitable box. The goods must be returned to us unused and in their original condition. Refunds cannot be guaranteed for items that have already been used or are damaged. In this case, please contact our customer service.
- Please fill out the enclosed return slip completely and enclose it with the package.
- Request a return label from our customer service at info@martin-natur.de .
- Attach the return label clearly to the box and drop off the package at one of our partner branches.
SPECIAL NOTES
Martin Natur does not cover return costs for certain items. This applies to the following products:
- Barefoot insoles
- MN footbed (normal width)
- MN footbed (extra width)
- MN-Natural Fat
If you order these items, please note that return shipping is at your own expense.
