You can pay for your order by invoice, bank transfer, or PayPal. Shipping is free for orders over €69 (excluding our test shapes, as these products require double the shipping cost).
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
You have 30 days to exchange or return your order. Please follow the steps below for a smooth return process:
- Please place all items you wish to return in a suitable box. The goods must be unused and returned to us in their original condition. We cannot guarantee a refund for items that have already been used or are damaged. In this case, please contact our customer service.
- Please fill out the enclosed return slip completely and enclose it with the package.

In 2024, Iris Mesenbrink took over the “Martin Natur” brand for the adult shoe segment with “Pantolinos Manufaktur GmbH”, which has been producing baby shoes from the same natural leather in Germany for over 20 years.
The company headquarters has been moved to Germany, but the connection to the Spanish production plants remains. Our models continue to combine high-quality, vegetable-tanned cowhide from Germany with fair production in Spain.

How do I properly care for leather shoes so that they last longer?
A waterproofing spray protects leather from moisture and dirt, but it does not replace proper care. Natural leather should also be treated with a suitable leather conditioner approximately every six months to remain supple and long-lasting.

We offer a selection of shoes specifically designed for wide feet or orthotic insoles. These models are extra comfortable and provide ample space for custom insoles. Look for our Comfort shoes or our extra-wide "Width H" style.
